We want to ensure that each and every guest has a great experience so we ask that the following studio etiquette & policies please be observed:
You are encouraged to pre-book your appointment(s) as last minute availability is not often possible. We offer both online booking and/or you can always call, text or use the New Clients section to email your appointment request. If the preferred time isn't available it is because that time is already reserved. Please note all appointment requests are returned during business hours.
To minimize potential No Shows or Last Minute Cancellations that do not allow enough time to book another guest, a credit card on file is required for all new appointments. Your credit card is not charged unless the Cancellation Policy is not honored.
The studio is By Appointment, therefore traditional walk-in's are not an option though we encourage an inquiry as we may have availability.
Arrival to Appointment
We encourage each guest to arrive 15 minutes early to embrace your sacred space and enjoy a cup of tea, a glass of wine, and/or to allow your mind, body, and spirit to relax prior to receiving your service(s). Please be aware that arrival any earlier my result in waiting as services are By Appointment and we may be with another guest.
New Clients: please be sure to complete the New Client Consultation Form under the New Clients tab a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are interested in corrective services, we also encourage you to bring your current skin care regimen with you to your first appointment.
You may also be asked to update your information if you have any changes to your routine or medications, to best serve you.
If the front door is locked please text or call upon arrival.
New Acne Clients please see page for my Rebalance Acne Clearing Program. You will fill out paperwork during your In Person Consultation.
General health information is collected to provide a safe and healthy environment for my clients, to insure continuity of information from one visit to the next, and to best assist in customizing treatments based on individual needs, particularly if there are medical issues or allergies which could have contraindications for certain products or services. Your health information can be updated annually or at your convenience. No service is provided with a detailed consultation.
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client's appointment is not delayed. Please understand that I cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to a late arrival. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This is a business not a hobby. All will agree that time is our most valued asset. When someone forgets or cancels an appointment without providing enough notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment time with another guest is unlikely, clients on our Wait List miss the opportunity to receive the services they need, and revenue is lost.
In the event that we do not receive the required notice for rescheduling adjustments and/or cancellations the following fees will be applied to your credit card on file:
- Notifications given less than 24 hours for Tuesday-Friday appointments will be charged in full for the treatment scheduled.
- Notifications given less than 48 hours for Saturday appointments will be charged in full for the treatment scheduled.
- Failure to show up to your appointment i.e. "NO SHOW" will result in being charged in full for the treatment scheduled.
Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled if another guest inquires for availability during that time, so please be sure to confirm when you receive your appointment reminder email from Vagaro.
Please turn your phone OFF or SET TO SILENT during your service time as we want you to enjoy your time without distraction and there are other providers in the Suite seeing clients that should be able to relax without the distraction of cell phones.
Unless you are a parent accompanying your teen to their appointment, children are NOT ALLOWED in the studio. Please understand it is a potential liability.
Sanitation and Sterilization
Sanitation is always a priority. we use hospital grade sterilants and virucides to thoroughly disinfect and clean all tools and equipment. If an item cannot be thoroughly sterilized it is thrown away after use.
Method of Payment
We accept cash and major credit cards. Cash is preferred. Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change. Gratuities are not included in service prices.
Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are not included in the price of services, packages, or gift certificates. The industry standard in the spa/salon service industry is 20-30%. Though never expected, gratuities are always appreciated.
Street parking is available in front of the Bixby Knolls Medical Arts Center on San Antonio Drive or you can park at the south end adjacent Marshalls / Rite Aid parking lot.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. All gift certificates must be mentioned prior to booking your appointment. Additionally, gift certificates must be presented at your appointment. Multiple gift certificates may not be combined towards a single service or product purchase. Gift Certificates can only be used on full priced services and are not applicable on monthly specials, which are already priced special or for product. Dollar amount gift certificates and online vouchers do not include taxes and gratuity. Gift Certificates are not applicable on product purchases.
Monthly specials or Promotions cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or gift certificates.
We can only accept returns on unopened product in original packaging within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
